QED Awarded Oil Tempering Line Contract

QED Wire Lines is pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract to supply Baosteel Group Nantong Wire Products Co. Ltd an Oil Tempering Heat Treatment Line under the recent Shanghai Baohua International Tendering Co. Ltd. specification.   Our bid combined the best price, technology and service into a winning package.   

This state-of-the-art line will produce top quality automotive valve spring wire.  Key to being awarded the contract was QED's environmentally friendly fluidbed tempering furnace, a major improvement over outdated lead furnaces.  Continuing our tradition of combining robust construction with advanced control, our engineers have developed a special pulse-fired combustion system offering excellent temperature uniformity to our muffle tube austinitizing furnace.
