CANDOR Sweden AB has Developed it's High Speed Copper Coating Plant

CANDOR Sweden AB has developed it's high speed copper coating plant concept with modular design to suit each customers need, as well as to make possible very high speeds. The plant standard design is made for 15-20 m/s but a high end version allows wire speed up to 25-30 m/s directly in-line with wire drawing. The plant can be equipped with either CANDOJET hot water cleaning unit or electrolytic pickling or even both as in picture.

The CANDOR developed INHIBITOR E1 further enhances the copper coating for high quality wires.
