WHO WE ARE

BLF srl, born 1982, is a modern, dynamic and efficient company operating on a surface of around 10.000 m2 of which 5.000 are covered. An orderly yet constant growth, has enabled the acquisition of numerous technologies that, supported by adequate investments, allow the production of a wide range of high temperature cables, thermoregulation cables, insulating and protective sheaths, with advanced plants and with a working process totally integrated within the company. Of relevant importance for BLF is also the production of monotubes and coated pipes for steam ironing systems. In at least 25 years, BLF has acquired a considerable experience with these products, that, together with sophisticated techniques for the control of the components in every single production stage, can guarantee excellent quality. The manufacturing of a cable with silicone insulated conductors, designed and developed by BLF and with IMQ <HAR> or VDE homologations, as well as the production in-house of the steam tube allow the company to offer high quality monotubes at competitive prices. New products, like a wide range of Electrodes for Gas Ignition, available also with cCSAus homologation, have been introduced since year 2003. BLF is very attentive towards Customer's requirements and is very willing to cooperate in order to find the best possible solutions. The engineering of the products and of the production systems, brings continuous innovations to BLF and contributes to allow problems solving for matters submitted to us by our Customers. The special products successfully developed are many. The Organization of BLF's Production is flowing, efficient and painstaking. The most attention is dedicated to all aspects of management and activities of receipt, warehousing, identification, traceability and repeatability of our products. The modernly and completely equipped test and inspection laboratory allows BLF to grant a constant and documented monitoring on production. All raw materials are purchased and inspected in the stage of entering the warehouse, on the basis of clear and detailed Technical Specifications. This allows to obtain global high quality results. The very complex and thorough Computer System, developed in-house, is continuously evolving and being enhanced, and this allows BLF to manage and trace most precisely all company activities. Particular care is dedicated to the complementary aspects in order to provide documentation to Customers quickly, synthetically and precisely. The Catalogue contains all information about each single product in order to guarantee complete transparency and contractual assurance further to being a very useful tool for our Customers. The technical sheets contained in the catalogue are also available on Internet. All technical sheets contained in the catalogue are constantly updated and simultaneously released in internet. The ISO9001 System Certification dated 1996 and updated in compliance with the norm ISO9001:2008 on 06-04-2009, added to the numerous product certifications obtained from the most important International Quality Assurance bodies, allow BLF to gain credit with a very wide range
