Baldassari Cavi manufactures a wide range of cables suitable for every type of use:

    national and european standards cables for power, for signalling and control, both for civil and industrial uses     harmonized cables for indoor and outdoor installation, for special wiring applications     cables for photovoltaic systems approved through the most stringent process

    "Green Line" cable series that include all the families of halogen-free, low smoke and flame retardant (LS0H) cables for the safety and protection of people and property
    cables for special applications, like oil resistant, low and high temperatures, manufactured according to the strictest standards in the industry

Sites

Over the last 50 years the Company has developed into the current 133,000 square m² (50,000 covered), divided into three units for the production of electrical cables as well as a logistics center for indoor storage and shipping of the goods, implemented with a software management system capable of ensuring the best performance in terms of organization and customer satisfaction.

The production cycle begins in Marlia where copper and aluminum rods are drawn, stranded and twisted through the various stages, transformed into rigid and flexible conductors. In Lammari and San Donato plants all production activities are performed: twisting, shielding, armouring, sheathing and product packaging using the semi-worked products supplied by our drawing mill and compound department. Baldassari Cavi respects all procedures relating to the control of production processes using the most advanced and modern equipment and best management technologies in strict compliance with environmental and safety standards.

The Laboratory for Quality Control, Research and Development in Lammari ensures product quality and innovation
of raw materials.

Finally, in Salanetti Logistics Center, finished products are stored in a modern centre of significant operating dimensions, with the most sophisticated software systems for cargo-handling, optimizing efficiency and improving both internal logistics and distribution.
