General Cable declares dividend

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2013-- General Cable Corporation (NYSE: BGC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on all outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on November 29, 2013, to all common shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2013.
