EuroMadem Spain Completes Customer Satisfaction Survey - with 85.55% Marks!

In the first quarter of 2015 EuroMadem Spain conducted a customer satisfaction survey with 18 Wire & Cable manufacturing customers in 7 countries.

EuroMadem received 10 (56%) responses from customers polled in three categories: bad, regular and good, 85,55% of responses falling into good categories (0% bad catagories).

EuroMadem polled the following services: claim response, quantities shipped X received, documentation, deliveries, quality inspections, performance, and packing.

"We are very proud of our customers feedback and pleased with the results of the survey, we will continue to increase customer satisfaction", said Roger Santasusana General Manager.

The next customer satisfaction survey will be conducted in Jan 2016.
