Our company, NINGBO QRUNNING(KUKUN) CABLE MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. is the leading cable, wire and conductor manufacturer and exporter in China, which owns 7 subsidiary factories, a science and technology research & development Center, and an exporting department. Now the turnover of our company for cables, wires and conductors is over USD 400 million per year. Our cable brand was honored with "The Famous Brand in China" in 2007. We have also got the certificates of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:1999 and UL, CSA, CCC approvals for our products. We can manufacture the cables, wires and conductors based on different standards, like Chinese National Standard(GB), IEC, ASTM, BS, NF C, DIN, VDE, EN, AS/NZS, IS, JIS, etc. And we can also produce the cables, wires and conductors according to special requirements from our customers.

Our main products are XLPE insulated high voltage power cable rated voltage up to 500 kV, XLPE insulated medium voltage power cable rated voltage from 6/10kV to 26/35kV, XLPE or PVC insulated low voltage power cable rated voltage 0.6/1kV, ACSR(Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced), Greased ACSR, AAC(All Aluminum Conductors), AAAC(All Aluminum Alloy Conductors), ACS(Aluminum Clad Steel), ABC(Aerial Bundled Conductor) Cable, Electric wire and cable for building and lighting, Communication cable, Surface cable, Control cable, etc.

Our History


In 1990QRUNNING(KUKUN) company is founded by current Chairman and President Mr. Chen Yongming, which manufacture PVC insulated electric wire and power cable with rated voltage 0.6/1kV.
In 2000The Reform of Enterprise, establishing private limited liability company.
In 2002We bring in The CCV cross-linked production lines in operation, and manufacture power cable with voltage up to 110kV.
In 2006 QRUNNING(KUKUN) group is established, including four manufacturing company , two investment company, and an Import and Export corporation.
All the cable and wire manufacturing operations, qualification and equipments are integrated into a large-scale specialized cable manufacturing entity: NINGBO QRUNNING(KUKUN) CABLE MANUFACTURING CO., LTD.
In 2007Our cable and wire products are qualified for Beijing Olympic Games projects and construction projects of United Nations Peacekeeping troops.
In 2008The project of 500kV extra high voltage XLPE power cable is broke ground, which annual output is 300KM.
In 2009 The tower erection and main plant for the project of 500kV extra high voltage XLPE power cable is completed.
The test of the first 110kV power cable with 1000mm2 is passed by the National Quality Inspection and Test Center of electric power industry.
In 2010 Our 10kV power cable is selected for the match projects of 2010 World EXPO in Shanghai.
Our 33kV power cables are widely used in 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games projects.
Our 110kV XLPE insulated power cable is identified by the China Electricity Council(CEC), and entered in the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.
Our company is restructured to a joint-stock company.
