Eraser to Introduce New Multi-Material Cutter

The Eraser Company, Inc. is proud to be joining The Assembly Show in 2015!  We are looking forward to showing the Assembly audience firsthand how our wire, cable and tube processing equipment can fit into assembly processes of all kinds, across all industries.

Making its debut is Eraser's Model MMC71 Multi-Material Cutter. This machine is capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including flat material up to 3.3" inches wide, tubing up to 3/16" OD, and wire up to 14 AWG stranded or 16 AWG solid.  The MMC71 works great on flat material such as heat shrink tubing, tapes, foils, ribbon cable and more, and is even capable of cutting silicone tubing.

The machine is easily programmable, offering ten fixed feed rates, ten fixed cut rates, and storage for up to 99 batches and 10 kits (depending on available memory).  Material guides are easily adjustable for each application.  Additional guide kits are available to allow multiple pieces of the same material to be cut at the same time, increasing operator efficiency and production rate. The unit is fully electric and does not require an air supply.

Also on display at The Assembly Show will be a variety of popular Eraser equipment including the WT200 Wire Twister, C200 Wire Stripper, DCF2/3 Wire Stripper, DCFT Wire Twister, and LH115 Hand-Held Glo-Ring®.  Visit Eraser in Booth #1720 to see these machines in action and receive a coupon for 10% off your next purchase.  Do you have material you'd like to test on one of Eraser's machines?  Bring a sample to the show to participate in E.C.P., the Eraser Certification Program.
