Collapsible Coil Winders Come in a Range of Sizes; Produce Neat Coils

The Eraser Company, Inc. offers coil winders in a range of sizes to accommodate a variety of material types and sizes.  These collapsible reelers are used for producing neat coils of material, or may also be used for de-reeling materials supplied in hanks or coils.

The collapsible feature makes it easy to remove a coil of material after it has been wound.  Model CW10 is a Small Winder, the CW20 is a Medium Winder, and the CW30 is a Large, Heavy-Duty Winder.  Models CW10 and CW20 have an adjustable clutch arrangement to prevent overruns in de-reeling applications.

These units are ideal for production kitting, electrical contracting, and any other function requiring long lengths of wire, cable or other flexible materials.  The CW10 and CW20 are bench models and the CW30 is a floor model.  An optional adjustable floor stand or extra bench stand are available for the CW10 and CW20.
