Metallurgica Bresciana S.p.A., a company founded in 1968 belonging to the Compagnia Bresciana Investimenti, specialises in the production of high-tecnology cables for special applications.
Since its establishment the company has invested considerable amounts in technological research and development, constantly encouraging production flexibility. We pre-empt our customer's demands and provide advanced technological solutions. Our commitment to excel in the international arena is demonstrated by a range of support and trouble-shooting services.
Such an approach guarantees the production of high-technology cables for a diversity of applications whether civil, industrial or military.

Having moved from its initial site in Passirano, the company is now located in Dello on the outskirts of Brescia. The ultra-modern facilities span an area of 61.134 mq - 21.400 mq of which provide covered work-space.

TECHNOLOGY and TECHNIQUES

Great attention is paid to investments and innovation. The Production Departement, which was totally refurbished in 2002, applies groundbreaking technology and techniques on all its projects justifying the position of prestige it holds in the company hierarchy. Along with our state-of-the-art Test Laboratories the production area can meet all manufacturing demands, ranging from traditional thermoplastic sheathing to e-beam crosslinking. In fact, Metallurgica Bresciana is the only company in Italy with in house e-beaming facilities.

The fully-equipped Test Laboratories themselves are another source of prestige for the company. They not only support the entire production process but also determine our overall R&D strategy.
IN THE FUTURE

A company's future is defined by its capabilities and its ability to analyse the market's requirements and demands, comply with those demands via Research and Development and relating with other companies.

Metallurgica Bresciana's sister-company, Luceat (in cooperation with Eng. A. Nocivelli). responds to those challenger on a routine basis specialising in research and study of innovatory technological advancements in the fibre optics field.
