what is the charging current and capacitance at the cable ?

The capacitance of the cable causes a current to flow from the source to ground. This charging current (Ic) is independent of the load current and is usually very small when compared to the load current. Charging current of a cable is dependent on its operating frequency, operating voltage and length.
