Started in 1967, KLJ is the largest manufacturer and the Market Leader in Plasticizers & Polymer Compounds in South Asia. Their ultra modern manufacturing facilities at Silvassa & Bharuch in India and at Rayong in Thailand are equipped with state-of-the-art-technology, producing a wide range of products to meet their customers’ requirements.
KLJ is in an advanced stage of setting up an ultra-modern Chlor-Alkali plant in Qatar; expected to be upstream by 2016.
KLJ is also diversifying into chemistry of Benzyl Alcohol, Benzaldehyde and its derivatives. The project is coming up in Jhagadia, Gujarat and is expected to be commissioned by end of 2015.
Making use of vast Supplier, Distribution and Customer network, the Group has also made strong in-roads into trading of Petrochemicals, Derivatives & Polymers.
Identifying infrastructure as a significant factor in development of national economy, the Group has expanded into Real Estate Development also.

Kundalia Industries made a humble beginning from PVC compounds in Delhi (10,000 tpa). Later shifted to KLJ Pollyalloys.
1985
Kundalia Industries commenced manufacturing Phthalate Plasticizers (9,000 tpa). Later shifted to KLJ Plasticizers Ltd.
1990
KLJ Polymers & Chemicals Ltd. commenced manufacturing Phthalate Plasticizers (8,000 tpa) in Silvassa, which was later modified to manufacture Specialty Plasticizers
1996
KLJ Organic Ltd. commenced manufacturing Chlorinated Paraffins (50,000 tpa currently ) in Bharuch.
1997
KLJ Plasticizers Ltd., commenced manufacturing Phthalate Plasticizers (84,000 tpa currently ) in Silvassa.
1998
Silvassa Plast, Multi-Product Plasticizer plant (30,000 tpa currently) in Silvassa.
1998
KLJ Pollyalloys expanded Group's PVC Compounding activities at Silvassa (25,000 tpa currently).
2001
KLJ Organic Ltd. started Flame Retardant Plasticizers (3,600 tpa currently).
2004
KLJ Polymers & Chemicals Ltd. (Unit-II), diversified into TPR, EVA, PP, Anti-Fab, XLPE compounds, etc.(35,000 tpa currently) bringing KLJ among the top Indian Polymer Compounders with a capacity of about 60,000 tpa.
2004
Ganga Udyog Pvt. Ltd., commenced manufacturing Plasticizers in Nepal (30,000 tpa). Later shifted to KLJ Plasticizers Ltd., Silvassa.
2005

2008
KLJ Organic (Thailand) Ltd., commenced manufacturing Chlorinated Paraffins (12,000 tpa ) bringing the Group's total Plasticizer capacity in excess of 185,000 tpa.
2013
Addition of new cable compounds to the product basket as under PO Compound - MDPE & HDPE compound EPR Compound FR-XLPE Compound.
2014
Addition of new cable compounds to the product basket as under XL - Sioplas PE Insulation Compound up to 35 KV PX - Peroxide PE Insulation Compound for CCV Lines up to 35 KV SC – Semi-conductive Cable Compound for Sioplas & CCV Lines up to 35 KV.
