HDO Plast was established in 2011 as a result of 15 years' experience in the wire& cable industry. The core business of HDO plastic is innovative compounds production as HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) compounds.



The total production capacity is 2000 MT/Month. In the art of state is used for production and quality control. BOKSÖR-120 production lines are used for production with owned patents.

HDO Plast always adds new products to portfolio for covering the needs of different sectors such as wire& cable, packaging; pipe etc.

HDO Plast has been developing special products for special and standard applications for customers.

in order to consider market requirements HDOPLAT developed flame retardant compounds which have different fire-resistant combustion mechanism.

• Although the halogen elements which take part Group 7A in periodic table are highly effective against the fire, they generate HCl, HBr, etc dangerous gases during combustion reactions can cause serious damages to human health when inhaled. So the usages of halogenated based flame retardant systems have been decreases in last decades.





• HDOPLAST have developed low smoke and flame retardant, HFFR compounds which have no significant hazardous effects for different applications.
